Walk Test for Workers Comp Application

Injury Analysis and Disability Evaluation

An Injured Person Walks Normally Before and During Test
The following two graphs show a 35-year old man's walk test 3 months after his right knee injury. The first graph is part of his gait curves before the test. It shows his gaits are normal.
workers comp: before test gaits, normal
The second graph is part of his gait curves during the test, which is also normal.
workers comp: during test gaits, normal
The above two graphs indicate that this person has recovered completely.
An Injured Person Walks Differently During and After Test
The following two graphs show a 41-year old clerk's walk test 2 years after he injured his left leg. The first graph is part of his gait curves during the test. The blue curve indicates that the left leg has reduced ground impact and single limb support.
Show gait statistics of the test.
workers comp: during test gaits, abnormal
The second graph is part of his gait curves after the test, showing his gaits are normal.
workers comp: after test gaits, normal
The above two graphs indicate that this person walks differently during and after test.
